Registration GURT 2023

Registration for GURT 2023 is now open on Eventbrite.

GURT 2023 will be a fully in person event hosted at Georgetown University. University COVID protocols require campus visitors to upload vaccination information in advance—this is a separate step from the Eventbrite registration. See the Eventbrite confirmation email for step-by-step instructions.

While the conference will not have an option for virtual attendance, individual presenters who cannot attend the conference in person may request to present their work virtually (these will be grouped into a designated online session).

At least one author per accepted paper should be registered for the conference.
