Registration 2009

About Registration

We encourage all participants to register for the conference in advance. Early registration ends on February 6th, 2009 and regular registration ends on March 6th. No registrations are accepted between March 7th – 12, 2009. All remaining registrations are all done onsite with higher fees. Please refer to the attached forms for more information.

On-site Registration

The registration table will be open on Friday, March 13 from 8:00 am – 5 pm, and Saturday 8 am – 12:30 pm on the ICC 4th floor. You can print out the On-site registration form and bring it with you to the registration table when you register. Please click here for a map of the [campus (new window)] and [ICC building (new window)]. This is an opportunity for all participants to check in and get their materials before heading to the talks.
