Submission 2009

For Individual Papers and Poster Presentations

The Proposal Submission Form accompanied of a PDF file containing an anonymous abstract should be submitted as attachments via e-mail.

  1. Download the Proposal Submission Form: Proposal Submission Form (117 KB)
  2. The PDF attachment should include (use Times New Roman 12 font):
    • the title of the paper/poster
    • a 250 word abstract (exclude all personal information)

Please use the subject PAPER or POSTER in your e-mail and send both files as attachments to an email to gurt2009@gmail.com.

For Colloquium Proposals

The Proposal Submission Form accompanied of a PDF file containing an anonymous abstract of the colloquium should be submitted as attachments via e-mail.

  1. Download the Proposal Submission Form: Proposal Submission Form (117 KB)
  2. The PDF attachment should include (use Times New Roman 12 font):
    • The title of the colloquium
    • a 250 word abstract for the entire colloquium followed by the title and a 50 word summary for each paper (exclude all personal information).

Please use the subject COLLOQUIUM in your e-mail and send both files as attachments to an email to gurt2009@gmail.com.
